Tass has reported Moscow has offered to provide assistance to any foreigners who would like to escape the neoliberal ideals which prevail in their countries. In this decree signed by President Putin it is stated traditional values reign supreme in Russia. Interested foreigners will not have to prove they have knowledge of the Russian language, Russian history and basic laws. Applications for these special visas can be based on the rejection of their home countries’ policies which are "aimed at imposing destructive neoliberal ideals on people, which run counter to traditional Russian spiritual and moral values." Perceptions by Moscow appear correct that many foreigners are disgusted with hypocritical values and policies in their home countries which have lead to unsettling government relations with Russia and the possibility of a nuclear war no sane person should want. However, due to the pragmatic realities of family obligations and financial interests in their native countries many foreigners who would like a normalization of relations with Russia will not be able to consider this offer.>>>TASS
