My virtual counseling services are designed to support your fullest potential in body, mind, and spirit. I focus on natural mental healthcare approaches that strengthen your innate healing capacities and help prevent or reverse mental distress through holistic principles that honor the whole person.
I consider your unique nutritional, psychodynamic, biochemical, spiritual, social, academic, career, and financial needs. Your overall well‑being matters deeply to me, and my goal is to equip you with the knowledge, guidance, and tools needed to thrive in every dimension of your life.
My online services are grounded in the protection of your human rights and the nurturing of your natural capacity for wellness. I also provide suicide‑ and homicide‑prevention counseling services.
I do not use a psychiatric model for mental healthcare. Psychiatric systems routinely disregard patient rights, rely on subjective diagnostic labels, and employ interventions that can be harmful and disempowering. My natural mental health counseling is intended to help you maintain your freedom, strengthen your mental well‑being, and protect you from the abuses that are too often inherent in psychiatric intervention. Individuals who have experienced psychiatric harm may find these services especially supportive.

Understanding Mental Health
Mental health is far more than the absence of illness. It includes your capacity to feel, love, work, learn, and grow. Compassion for people and animals, care for the environment, and a commitment to peace and nonviolence are all expressions of genuine mental health.
Any force that undermines your natural capacity for mental well‑being—including coercive psychiatric practices or harmful psychiatric drugs—represents a serious violation of your human rights.

The Dr. Harold Mandel Natural Mental Health Care Reform Initiative is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their optimal mental health potential through humane, non-psychiatric, and natural approaches. We stand at the forefront of the global movement to expose and abolish human rights abuses within the traditional psychiatric system.

• Legal & Judicial Reform: We demand an end to "kangaroo court" civil proceedings that lack juries, sworn testimony, and scientific evidence—proceedings that currently strip citizens of their constitutional rights.
• Protection of Children: We believe the psychiatric labeling and drugging of children is a profound form of abuse. Our initiative emphasizes the protection of developing nervous systems from industrial psychiatric practices.
• Elimination of Stigma: We fight against the lifelong "branding" of psychiatric diagnoses, which we view as tools used to enforce poverty, unemployment, and social isolation.
The Case for Reform
The current psychiatric industry often operates as a mechanism of social control rather than a field of medicine. By utilizing "chemical enslavement" through toxic drugs and the threat of institutionalization, the system targets activists, the impoverished, and the wealthy alike to seize assets or silence dissent.
